Planning Events and Meetings

I am looking to start running events in New York City (and Princeton as well).

I have been running AI and Data meetups since 2015 for Future of Data - Princeton, Future of Data - New York, Unstructured Data Meetup - New York, NYC Apache Pulsar Meetup and others with Startup Grind Princeton.

Let me know who is interested and what topics you want to cover.

There was recently an Apache Iceberg meetup in NYC that was great.

Hi Tim,

Nice to meet you. I'm definitely interested in helping organize meetings in NYC.

I'm new to the Snowflake community, but I've also been organizing informal professional networking events for a few years. We normally meet once a month at this great Belgian pub on 22nd Street.

Does that sound like it might work for what you have in mind? If so, please give me a call whenever you're available to discuss.

Hey Tim . I'm at Data FinOps start-up right now, and so am not objective regarding topics. I can though help with the set-up of events, etc. I also own a coworking space in Tenafly NJ (Bergen County) that can be leveraged.

Hi Tim,

Any update on your NYC meetups.

I'm particularly interested in unsupervised machine learning (clustering) and mobile app development (iOS + Android).

Please let me know if you or anyone you know would be interested to discuss these topics over some finely crafted Belgian ale.
