Whats the process for me to plan and present a user group meeting in Dublin?

As per title I would like to know the process, contacts etc in order prior presenting a user meeting.

I been a Data Superhero since 2022, and got some personal content community may be interested.

I assume probably theres a prep meeting with snowflake (community admins?)
