Join us to hear from Uniting's 2026 Champions as they showcase their winning solution: "Predictive Care Outcomes Using Clinical Data: Falls Prediction." Powered by Snowflake, their innovation targets a critical challenge in healthcare—because a fall is never just an incident report. It represents pain, a loss of confidence, and diminished independence. Discover how data-driven prediction can transform resident care and prevent harm before it happens. Postgres to Snowflake with Openflow: A Practical Walkthrough	Modern data estates span databases, applications, APIs and platforms, each with different integration patterns and operational challenges. In this session, we’ll get hands-on with Snowflake Openflow and explore how it provides a new approach to building and managing data movement across the enterprise. We’ll unpack the architecture, look at where Openflow fits alongside the broader Snowflake platform, and demonstrate practical data flows from source to Snowflake.
