About this event

Building a data team is as much about judgment and trade-offs as it is about tools and architecture. In this town-hall–style presentation, Mohit Agarwal will walk through the guiding principles and strategic decisions involved in building a data team from the ground up—what to prioritize, what to delay, and where teams most often go wrong.

The session will be light on slides and heavy on discussion, drawing on real lessons from the trenches and encouraging active participation from attendees.

Our technical demo will be a fast-paced walkthrough of Snowflake Failover Groups, focused on a real-world multi-region setup. Jonathan Holck will cover how failover groups work and key lessons learned from implementation.

This venue has limited capacity (30 attendees). We ask that you register only if you plan to attend, as registration will close once capacity is reached.
