From Prototype to Production: A Template-First CI/CD Architecture for Snowflake Cortex Agents	Moving a Snowflake Cortex Agent from demo to production takes more than prompt engineering. It needs repeatable deployment, governance, validation, and trust. In this talk, I’ll share how we built a template-first CI/CD framework for Snowflake Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst semantic models, Cortex Search services, and governed data access. The architecture uses reusable templates, domain-level configuration, verified queries, pre-apply validation, and post-deploy test gates to promote agents safely across DEV, TEST, and PROD. I’ll walk through the supervisor and domain-agent pattern, how semantic models help turn natural-language questions into governed SQL, and how trust labels, routing tests, RBAC checks, and quality gates make conversational analytics safer for enterprise use.
From Dashboards to Decisions: Real-World Lessons with Snowflake Intelligence	Most organisations have invested heavily in data platforms—but still struggle to turn data into decisions at speed. In this session, we’ll share real-world observations from the field on Snowflake Intelligence - where natural language meets governed enterprise data. We’ll cover what’s working, where organisations get stuck, and what it actually takes to move from dashboards to instant, trusted answers. Expect practical insights, not theory - focused on adoption, governance, and driving real decision velocity.
