Whether you're brand new to Snowflake or a seasoned pro, this group is for you. Come meet your Chicago peers, swap best practices, trade lessons learned, and find your next collaborator, mentor, or opportunity.
The Chicago Tech Community has meant a lot to me over the years, and I'm excited to bring everyone in the Snowflake Community together. I can't wait to welcome you, meet the new faces, and help kick off this next chapter with you. This community is built by its members. If you'd like to present at a future meeting, share a project, host us in your office, or help run the group, I'd love to hear from you. Come say hello at the event or reach out anytime.
A quick note on who's behind this: I'm Nick Petrovits, a fellow Snowflake practitioner here in Chicago. I'm leading this group as a community member, working with Snowflake and our generous event sponsors.
If you'd like to host our group at your office, give a technical talk, or sponsor food & drinks, let us know here: https://forms.gle/hP5AKVw4DWanYG9f9
See you on November 5th,
Nick

55 East Monroe Street, Conference Center, Chicago, 60603
ThoughtSpot is located at 55 East Monroe Street, in the Mid-Continental Plaza building - the glass tower on the east edge of the Loop between Wabash Avenue and Michigan Avenue. The building has a two-story public lobby with gardens that connects Monroe and Adams Streets, so you can enter from either side of the block. Once inside, head to the Conference Center on the main floor.
Parking is available in the building's own garage at 55 East Monroe (managed on-site; see 55emonroegarage.com). If that's full, there are several other options nearby: the Millennium Park/East Monroe garages (enter at Columbus Drive and Monroe Street), and the Grant Park garages off Michigan Avenue between Madison/Randolph and Van Buren/Adams. You can also book discounted spots in advance through SpotHero, which has a dedicated page for 55 E. Monroe.
For public transit, the CTA's Washington/Wabash 'L' station is just a short walk away on the west side of the building and serves the Green, Brown, Pink, Purple (express), and Orange Lines. The Orange Line runs directly to Midway airport in roughly 25–30 minutes. For O'Hare, take the Blue Line at the Monroe stop — just one block west on Wabash Avenue — which takes you directly to O'Hare in about 40 minutes. You can also reach the Red Line by transferring at Lake station, and both Union Station (for Amtrak/Northwest Corridor) and Ogilvie Transportation Center are within a short walk.
