At Zello, managing over 500 million daily events across multiple data platforms came with significant cost and complexity. By leveraging open table formats with Iceberg—managed externally in Snowflake and integrated across systems—the team built a unified source of truth that eliminated 5 TB of monthly data duplication and streamlined workflows.
