Join us for a recap of Snowflake Summit '26

Summit '26 wrapped up in San Francisco with the biggest set of platform announcements we have seen to date. For this quarter's user group, we're taking the Adelaide community through the latest innovations coming to the platform.

Summit's theme was the agentic enterprise. Snowflake Intelligence is now CoWork, the agent for business users, and Cortex Code is now CoCo, the builder's agent. Underneath them, Horizon Context and Cortex Sense supply governed business context, and AI Agent Identity gives every agent a verifiable identity and audit trail. For the data foundation, Apache Iceberg v3 went GA, while Openflow and the new Datastream service cover managed ingestion. Brought together these capabilities provide the control plane for a governed agentic enterprise.

Cloudwerx will then take that Summit vision into production. Eoghan will take us through insights he saw firsthand in San Francisco, before taking us into the work Cloudwerx is doing with Xero: how do you train human support agents on real-world complexity without exposing real customer data or relying on static material that goes stale?
