The Snowflake Applied Data Modeling Group meets quarterly to share best practices and connect with other Snowflake users and data practitioners across the industry. Whether you’re just getting started with Snowflake or are a seasoned user, this group is focused on applied data modeling approaches that support modern data environments.

We explore a variety of modeling techniques including Data Vault, dimensional modeling, and other emerging patterns and discuss how these choices support analytics, AI, and evolving business needs. Beyond modeling, we also dive into related data management topics such as semantics, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.
We’re especially interested in real-world stories: what worked, what didn’t, and the tradeoffs teams make when solving mission-critical business data challenges. As a member, you’ll be invited to attend upcoming user group events and gain access to special content designed to help you do more with your data.
